Located in the heart of Old Prague, which is considered one of the most dynamic and up and coming districts in the city of Warsaw, you'll find a collection of bright, spacious and modern apartments designed by new architecture firm Thisispaper Studio.

This double room apartment with a balcony is situated next to Ząbkowska Street in the heart of Warsaws new tech district. It is made up of the main master bedroom, a large modern bathroom and a light-filled living area with lounge, dining and kitchen in one.

The bedroom has a large queen-sized bed with coconut and tatami mat mattress, which the owners say is certainly good for the spine and an enjoyable nights sleep. The owners also have a great love and desire for reading, so in the apartment you'll find some a great selection of books and magazines.

The architects (and owners), Thisispaper Studio, designed A–PLACE from scratch, guided by their love for honest, natural materials, such as wood, steel, ceramics and linen. Every surface, object and colour were hand-picked in line with their design philosophy that creates harmony through with a focus on function and purity of form.

The apartment has also been equipped with a wide range of modern, designer furniture and utensils such as tapware by Naoto Fukasawa, Tableware by Scholten & Baijings and lounge furniture by Ole Wanscher.

Location

The apartment is situated in Praga Koneser Center, in the new brick building, which is a part of a vast revitalization project of the old Vodka Distillery Koneser. It is located by the thriving Ząbkowska street, in heart of Old Praga.

The apartment is also located within 100m distance to the Warsaw Google Campus, one of the 6th most significant Google locations in the world. This gives easy and convenient access to the creative community and, of course, great coffee.

How to get there

It is a 4-minute walk, around 400 metres, to the nearest Underground station - Dworzec Wileński - and 5-minutes walk to the closest tram stop. From either of these, you can connect to most parts of Warsaw. Including the Airport and the Central Train station.
