Located in the Mani peninsula in the southern Peloponnese region of Greece, you'll find this beautiful traditional Greek villa that has been brought back to life with a bit of a modern spin.

The Architect’s Villa is a newly built villa designed for those who seek a stylish accommodation and a unique villa experience. The villa is modernly decorated and newly equipped. Each piece of furniture and contemporary painting is carefully selected to express the modern and free spirit of the villa. Local materials such as stone, wood and marble give the classic touch of an authentic Greek villa.

Designed by the architect Nikitas Chatzimichalis to be enjoyed both inside and out, this luxury villa in Mani consists of three stone structures, connected to each other with steel-glass elements. Windows are floor-to-ceiling, and space is separated by glass doors, bringing abundant light into the property.

The first structure consists of two master bedrooms on two different levels, the second has a spacious living room and two junior bedrooms and a relaxation area above it, and the third holds the kitchen and dining area.

The villa has an elegant terrace area with pool, and stands alone in the middle of an olive grove, offering absolute seclusion to its guests – as well as breathtaking panoramic views.

Location

The villa is located on the Mani area in the southern Peloponnese (also known as Sparta), between the Messianic Gulf and Taygetus mountain range which gives you easy access to both sea and mountains, depending on your personal style of holiday. The nearest town to the villa is the small coastal town of Stoupa, which is about 3km away. You can buy all the supplies that you might need and the town packed with little restaurants and bars. Also, the entire coastline is dotted with stunning little, hidden beaches and coves where you can go and swim and relax if you want to escape civilisation a bit.

The weather in this part of Greece is amazing all the time, so it's worth considering even the winter seasons. But please be aware that the middle of summer (July and August) can get very hot!

How to get there

The nearest airport to the villa is Kalamata International Airport (KLX). This airport has daily connections to most major European cities and is probably the best point of entry if you are arriving in the Peloponnese region of Greece. From the Airport it is about a 1-hour drive to the villa. There is a bus service that runs to the nearby town called Exokhórion, but it is infrequent and possibly unreliable.

We highly recommend you get a car so you can get out and about and explore the beautiful greek coastline that surrounds the villa.
